Many of you have asked your humble Feline Foodie about cheeses that I have reviewed in the past. I decided it was time for an index that will link you to each cheese I have reviewed. As I add reviews to the blog, I will update the list. As always, thanks for reading my blog and sending your thoughts and suggestions.

Spaulding,
Have you tried Cougar Gold Cheddar from the Washington State University Creamery?
It’s a family favorite, and a gift my Dad sends to family and friends every Christmas.

I love Cougar Gold. I will review it in the near future. Thanks for your comments and reading my blog.

So sorry to see that Cougar Gold (an aged white cheddar) isn’t on your list. It’s a gourmet, artesan cheese that was created at WSU in late 1930’s. One of the unique qualitites of Cougar Gold, unlike other cheddars, is that it doesn’t develop a bitter taste even when aged for several years.

WSU Creamery, I will drop by the Vancouver Campus and buy a wedge (I hear it comes in a can?) and review it. I only hear good things about it. I have been told by fans that Cougar Gold is similar to Beecher’s Flagship.
