2010 World Championship Cheese Contest Crowns Swiss Gruyere

The 2010 World Championship Cheese Contest concluded earlier today in Madison, Wisconsin with the crowning of Gruyere, made by Cedric Vuille and Emmi Kase as World Champion. The Lady is pleased as she carries this cheese in her kiosk.

    I did enfoy reading the chees reviews. I will try to emulate Gary’s omelet with gouda. We brought some from Holland and enjoyed it very much.

    There was a mistake about the winner. It’s not Cedric Fragnière, but Cédric Vuille who has won the world Championship Cheese Contest. The jury has rectified now.
