This was an excellent video and intro to understanding cheese. These/your videos should be running in a loop at all cheese counters across the country. The cheese counter at my local Kroger is pretty bland as far as marketing goes. It would be an interesting test to see if your video could increase same store cheese sales at your store.

Very nice display. I really liked the version of Brie topped with apples, pecans, cranberries and caramel sauce. Sounds wonderful.
