To assist our Raw Foodies, The Lady and I have put together this quick list of cheeses made using raw milk. Cheeses (sold in the United States) using raw milk must be aged a minimum of 60 days per the FDA.
As we discover more, we will update the list. We will also be adding links to all cheeses when available.
